I recently transitioned to Coral Gables, Florida to become the Medical Director of Spectrum Aesthetics, a purely aesthetic ("cosmetic") plastic surgery practice of several very capable, talented, "cutting edge" (please pardon that lame pun) plastic surgeons who, with my addition, now number four. While I certainly will miss the people I came to know and the rewarding relationships I developed with so many of them - including many, many patients of mine who became not just my patients but my friends as well - during my 43+ years in Pittsburgh, I suspect that I will not miss those sometimes challenging Western Pennsylvania winters.
